Master Trainer Workshops
Workshops alone do not build organizational capacity. Management must commit to providing ongoing training and supports. TEIP Master Trainer Workshops are the first step in building those organizational supports. Master Trainer workshops build organizational capacity for evidence-informed practice by delivering on-site, train-the-trainer events, reinforced by post-workshop supports from TEIP.
Master Trainer Workshops are participatory and interactive workshops designed to:
- Teach how and when to apply the TEIP Tools (Each full-day workshop introduces one Tool: Assessment, Evidence and Evaluation)
- Create local champions who can support the application of TEIP Tools
- Assess and monitor impact on practitioner and organizational capacity for evidence-informed practice
