Welcome to the web site for the Heart Health Resource Centre (HHRC). The HHRC aims to enhance the capacity of public health agencies and their community partners to implement comprehensive, multi-risk factor, community-based heart health programs.

What is on our site?

The Heart Health Resource Centre web site offers tools for those involved in planning, delivery, and evaluating community-based heart health and chronic disease prevention programs.
