The TEIP Evaluation Help-line is here to provide you with timely, one-on-one expert advice to advance your program evaluation plans.
With this free service you will receive up to 4 hours of telephone consultation time with an experienced evaluation consultant. TEIP will respond to your request within 5 business days.
Who can call the TEIP Evaluation Help-line?
Those individuals who meet the following requirements can access this service:
- Have initiated work on evaluating your program
- Can share your initial work (e.g. Program Logic Model, Evaluation Question, Data Collection Tool)
- Currently using a recognized evaluation planning tool, such as:
- Towards Evidence-Informed Practice (TEIP) Program Evaluation Tool
- The Health Communication Unit (THCU) - Evaluating Health Promotion Programs Workbook
- Public Health Research, Education & Development (PHRED) - Program Evaluation Toolkit
- Agree to provide feedback about your evaluation help-line experience
How do I access the TEIP Evaluation Help-line?
Simply fill out the Consultation Request Form and send the completed form along with the supporting documents to show your initial work to TEIPhelpline@opha.on.ca
